The jar gassing system is specifically designed for anaerobic, microaerobic, and CO₂-enriched experimental environments. Supporting multi-jar operation and flexible control modes, it enables rapid establishment of high-precision conditions and serves as an efficient solution for life science research.

Precise O2 & CO2 Control

The system supports both direct use of pre-mixed gases and single-source gas input with automatic regulation by the controller, ensuring stable and reproducible anaerobic or microaerophilic conditions.

  • O₂ control range: 0–20.0%
  • CO₂ control range: 0–20.0%

High Efficiency and Scalable Capacity

  • Rapid environment establishment:

    • Anaerobic mode: complete anaerobic conditions achieved within approximately 70 seconds

    • Microaerophilic mode: target conditions achieved within approximately 20 seconds

  • Multi-jar support:
    Equipped with optional multi-channel interfaces, the system enables simultaneous one-touch gassing of multiple jars, supporting parallel processing and higher throughput.

  • Multiple jar sizes available:
    From compact to high-capacity jars, the system accommodates different experimental scales.

Data Management and Monitoring

  • Real-time monitoring of gas concentrations inside each jar

  • Automatic generation of 24-hour environmental trend curves for intuitive parameter visualization

  • One-click export of data reports in CSV format via USB interface

  • Automatic data storage for over 360 days, ensuring complete traceability of experimental records

Control System Options

  • Gassing System with Color Touchscreen (GA-GAS):
    Fully automated control via full-color display, real-time switching between anaerobic and microaerophilic modes, and long-term USB data logging.

  • Gas Intake Control System (GAS-IN):
    Flexible control of gas intake time and intervals, suitable for users requiring simplified and customizable operation with pre-mixed gases.
