The space allocated in our laboratory was quite limited, but Maworde proposed a layout during the design stage that perfectly matched both our experimental requirements and the available space. Their customized planning saved us a lot of trouble during installation.
One of the sensors showed a slight drift last week. After we contacted technical support, an engineer arrived with replacement parts the next day. The response was fast and the issue was resolved efficiently.
The build quality is excellent and the workstation feels very solid. The touchscreen provides clear real-time monitoring, and the video tutorials supplied by the manufacturer made it easy for our students to learn the system independently.
We needed to integrate a small centrifuge and an imaging system into the workstation. Maworde planned the internal power supply and cable routing during the design phase, providing a complete solution that eliminated the risk of gas leakage from later modifications.
We ordered a fully customized system, so the lead time was slightly longer than for a standard model. However, the installation was completed before our project began, and the overall customization process was well organized.
The gas circuit is well designed, and the anaerobic environment reached the target conditions faster than we expected. The only minor suggestion would be the position of the internal power outlet, which is a little difficult to access when using larger plugs. Overall, it has not affected our daily work.
Although it wasn't the lowest-priced option, the overall quality, workmanship, and customization capabilities make it a worthwhile investment. For laboratories that require stable performance and tailored solutions, it is a reliable choice.
The temperature control has been very stable, and the internal air circulation is well designed. We observed very little temperature variation between different locations inside the chamber.
The system has been running for several months and has maintained a very stable anaerobic environment. It reaches the target conditions as expected. Installation took a little longer because our laboratory bench was not completely level, but once everything was set up, the system has been performing well.
Our laboratory had very limited installation space, and Maworde designed a solution that made full use of the available area while meeting all of our experimental requirements. The customized layout made the entire installation process much smoother.
