DY-D
Dual Hypoxia Workstation
The DY-D is a dual hypoxia workstation with individual control, integrating operation, incubation, and observation in a single system. It enables simulation of in vivo hypoxic microenvironments and supports stable cell culture and research under controlled hypoxic conditions.
Precise O2 & CO2 Control
O₂ Control Range: 0.1%–25.0%, in 0.1% increments
CO₂ Control Range: 0%–20.0%, in 0.1% increments (upgradeable to 0–60.0%)
- Optional Built-in Air Pump: Eliminates the need for an external compressed air source (O₂ control range: 0.1%–18%)
Optional Anaerobic Control: Enables integrated hypoxia/anaerobic dual-mode operation
Seamless Entry System (SES)
Rapid sleeve evacuation establishes an anaerobic barrier within 12 seconds
Maintains continuous and stable hypoxic conditions during routine operation
90° quick-open ports enable intuitive handling and improved internal space utilization
Flexible operation modes adapt to different workflows and user habits
Advanced Gas Circulation Design
Optimized airflow and circulation paths ensure uniform temperature, humidity, and gas concentration distribution
High-performance axial fans enable rapid gas exchange and even diffusion for long-term culture stability
Integrated bent-panel construction with anti-condensation viewing window technology ensures clear visibility and enhanced durability
Multi-Stage Hypoxia Cycle
Supports 4, 10, or more automated gas cycling stages to suit different experimental needs
Users can set cycle duration, gas concentrations, and the number of cycles according to their experiment requirements
Special Interlock Purge System
Rapid purge: Automatically detects the oxygen level in the workspace and adjusts the interlock O₂ concentration to match
Custom purge: Allows on-screen setting of O₂ purge concentration from 0 to 20.9% for special operations
HEPA Filtration & Pressure Safety Protection
Integrated H14 HEPA filter (optional U16) effectively protects samples from particulate contamination
High-response pressure relief valve precisely manages sudden pressure fluctuations, ensuring system and operator safety
Built-in pressure-stabilizing water/oil reservoir buffers continuous pressure changes, maintaining a stable experimental environment
Intelligent Safety Protection
Automatic alarm for low gas cylinder pressure
Real-time chamber pressure monitoring
Automatic leak detection with alarm and reduced gas intake frequency
Intelligent dual locking system with auto-lock and one-touch manual lock
